Capitol Logistics Management Group has been providing technology driven Logistics Services in Sri Lanka and has been in existence since 1944. The Board of Management of Capitol Logistics Management Group identified the importance of specializing in the Information Technology Industry in order to cater for the internal demand arising from the constituent companies as well as the external market needs. With this in mind, Mystica Technology (Private) Limited (MTPL) was formed in 2002.
